Megan & Philip

Megan and Philip were married in Louisville KY. You may remember their engagement shoot, but just in case you don’t, you can go here to look again. The reception was at beautiful Yew Dell Gardens. Everything was perfect… even the rain came, and went, at just the right moment. One, of the many, reasons I love to photograph weddings: getting to hear the story of how the couple came to be. They have a pretty cute story (you’ll have to ask ’em). And now, their day…

Mary & Michael

Mary and Michael were married in Dufur, OR. I loved all the touches of red, white, and blue throughout their day; from the candy, to the punch (it was supposed to be blue, turned out a pretty shade of purple — but we’ll count it ; )), to the bridesmaid’s dresses… Michael is in the Navy (bet you could tell by that cute hat) – go USA! Congratulations and thank yous to these two for serving us all!

AImee J

Love the photo of the bride in the sailor hat – too cute!

Amy Taylor

Thank you for such beautiful photographs of Mary and Michaels wedding. I’m glad you were chosen and able to make the big event. Can’t wait to see them all.
Mother of the Bride

The M’s!

I was so happy to photograph this sweet family during my quick trip back to Hood River. I first met the mama, pregnant, with this little bit. And not too long after, I photographed baby. And now at almost a year, I just love seeing this little petite exploring and learning to walk. How fast they grow — like little weeds! (VERY cute little weeds)

The J Family

I love this family!
They’re so warm and comfortable… it always feels like home with them.
(sigh – that’s all I can say, otherwise I’m going to get too sad — they’re back in Hood River)

LOVE this family too and love the photos:) See….when I look at these I think about the photog and then I start to get sad:( Miss you much dearie.

Summer & Jon

I liked Jon and Summer since we first met, at a coffee shop, in Hood River. And I couldn’t wait for their wedding day… I just knew it was going to be a joyful, relaxing day (and it totally was). We were only there for a short time, but the festivities continued after we left (we’re talking canoeing, and tubing, and bike riding fun… and more!)
Summer made personalized cards and favors for each of her guests… one of the great things about having a small, intimate wedding.
These two were SO GOOD together… look below for Summer’s reaction when the officiator pronounced them, husband and wife. It’s the best…

I think that is the happiest bride I’ve ever seen. What joy!
